APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEE & POLICY

 

Our scheduling is very structured. And our time as well as others is very important. No Deposit = No Appointment!

 

A $30 fee will be charged to book your appointment.  The amount is a deposit and will be applied to your final service amount.

 

Example: You will be charged $30 to book an appointment time.  If your service charge is $120 the booking fee will be deducted from the total, so you pay the remaining balance $100.

 

If you no show or cancel / reschedule without giving at least 2 hours notice you will lose your $30 booking fee.

 

When you book your appointment the booking payment options will be provided.  Usually will be via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay. Please send the deposit amount promptly / preferably immediately so that you can guarantee your requested appointment time, failure to submit prompt payment will result in your appointment time being taken by another customer (First come first serve). Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received.  You will receive a text confirmation once your appointment has been finalized. Note:   In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.  The decision will be at the sole discretion of Thao’s Lash Nails & Spa.
